Nepal Night

The performers were not only from OU, but they also from Dallas County Community College (DCCCD), the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC) and University of Central Oklahoma (UCO).

Description - Inspired by the success of our first Nepal Night, members of NSA organized a second Nepal Night on Spring of 2007. With the experiences of the previous one, this one became more organized and was much more appreciated among the audiences. Again, we got lot of assistance from NSA of other institutions, Dallas County Community College (DCCCD), the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC), University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), Norman High School, and Oklahoma State University. We had one special dance in which only one of the performers was from Nepal, the others were from America, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. Other than dance and music, we featured slide shows about Nepal that gave the viewers an idea about Nepal.
